Do I provide my own lock? Who keeps the key?
We can sell you a lock or you can provide your own. We do not keep a copy of the key.
How can I pay my bill? What form of payment do you accept?
Call in payment to manager using a credit or debit card; we accept all major credit cards.

Is my rental month-to-month?
Yes, your commitment is month-to-month. The minimum rental period is one month.
Do I get a discount if I am renting for a long period?
Yes, if you pay in advance you can receive up to 10% off for a year and 5% off for (6) six months.
Do you sell packing supplies?
Yes, we sell a full range of supplies. We will be happy to assist you in determining your needs.
Can you rent me a truck?
We do not rent trucks.
Can you recommend a mover?
We can provide a list of area movers to best meet your needs.
What can I store in my unit?
Furniture, appliances, clothing, and kitchen items are all permitted. You may not store perishable or hazardous items.
How much space do I need?
Each customer is different. We’re happy to assist you in determining your specific requirements.
Do you have an administrative fee for move-in?
Yes, there is a fee of $15.
How long is my renting term?
Units are rented month-to-month unless you request a long-term pricing special.
Is there a deposit?
There is no deposit required other than current rent.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You will need a valid driver’s license or another government-issued form of photo ID.
What kind of security system do you have?
We have gate-controlled access and security cameras.
Do you offer vehicle/boat storage?
We have outdoor storage at: 3701 Arkansas Road West Monroe, LA.
Do I need insurance?
Your goods may be covered under your household insurance plan or you may purchase insurance at the office. Triple AAA Storage does not insure your goods.
What are your access hours?
You can access your unit anytime you want, 24 hours per a day.
Having temperature control in your storage unit helps you ensure that your belongings aren’t subject to damages caused by unstable temperatures or weather conditions. You’d be surprised at how badly items can rust, mold, mildew, warp, or melt while they’re being stored. Temperature control is the added protection you want to keep that from happening.
We do whatever we can to maintain the security of our facility. Our property is fenced and accessible only through our gate, which requires a code to enter. Additionally, we have security cameras and make sure that only secure locks are used on our units.
